Achievements

SAVA’s key staff have over ten years experience in dragon boat racing including marketing, organising and running some of the largest dragon boat events in Singapore involving 2,000 – 3,000 participants.

SAVA was the first company to introduce International Dragon Boat Federation (IDBF) licensed dragon boats in South East Asia. It continues to be an exclusive distributor of IDBF licensed dragon boats and paddles.

SAVA is the first in Asia and only second in the world to achieve IDBF Associate status. The SAVA Trophy has been and continues to be the coveted challenge trophy for the IDBF Junior World Champion.

SAVA provides premier competitive dragon boat racing experience through its flagship international events, The SAVA Sprints International and the MR500.

SAVA engages actively in corporate citizenship. It managed and coached the first breast cancer survivor dragon boat team in Asia, and continues to support “The Pink Spartans”, a team of cancer survivors in Singapore.

SAVA has successfully coordinated dragon boat segments for major National events such as the Youth Olympic Games 2010 and the National Day Parade 2012.
